About the role:

Do you spend your free time jamming, talking about music, or convincing everyone why they need to take up an instrument Why not get paid for it At Dhunguru Music, we're searching for a passionate Student Counselor to help others discover the transformative power of music.

What will you be doing

• Connect with aspiring musicians (no cold calls, just warm, music-loving leads!)
• Match them with the perfect music coursesbe the guide to their next big hit!
• Emphasize the features and uniqueness of the curriculum.
• Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients who have all visited our website (no cold calling).
• Answer questions related to our trainers and online teaching model.
• Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls.
• Contacting New and existing students to discuss needs and requirements.
• Achieving monthly targets in our performance-driven environment (bonus points for creativity!)

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in student counseling and career counseling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge and understanding of the education industry.
• Passion for music and music education
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in any field
