Initiate outbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and understanding customer needs.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools for accurate and up-to-date information.
Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.
Report customer feedback, suggestions, and market insights for continuous improvement.
Proactively contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve business objectives. .
