The Business Development executive must be an energetic self-starter who can quickly graspour companies vision, understand gaming, develop specific tactical plans andbegin implementation upon appropriate approvals. The candidate must beresourceful and able to develop a well-defined time management process in orderto progress the vision of the company.
Position: Business Development Executive
Reporting: Vice PresidentBusiness Development
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and enroll them as Club Deltin members
Maintain fruitful and cordial relationship with existing customers
Networking, identifying and qualifying new customers based on companies business model and guidelines.
Obtain contact information of potential customers through existingcustomers, referrals, contacts etc.
Maintain a database of potential customers contact numbers and emails.
Work closely with gaming & loyalty teams to deliver business services
Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers.
Attending training's, conferences, meetings and business related events
Requirements:
Graduate & above
Min 1 year of relevant exp. in Sales
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak andwrite persuasively and clearly.
Must be able to analyse market trends and identify opportunities forgrowth.
Must be able to build and maintain relationships with potential clients,colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Must be able to identify opportunities for growth and take action topursue them.
Must be comfortable using technology and software to gather and analysedata, create presentations and proposals, and communicate with others.
May require to work late nights and early mornings.
