Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales - Backend)

Job Location: West Delhi / South Delhi

Shift Timings: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Package: Up to 25,000- 30,000 per month (Based on Experience/ last salary and interview)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales and excellent communication skills, with a focus on email outreach and follow-ups.

This is a backend profile, meaning most of your time will be spent on email communication (80%), with some engagement in calling (20%) to prospective clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing existing relationships, and supporting the sales team in closing business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Outreach: Write and send effective email pitches to prospective clients, introducing our products/services and building relationship.

. Client Follow-ups: Follow up on initial emails, answer queries, and maintain communication with potential clients.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.

Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. The ability to craft professional emails and engage with clients effectively.

Email Proficiency: Comfortable using email marketing tools, CRM systems, and managing a high volume of outbound emails.

Phone Etiquette: Basic phone interaction skills for follow-ups and clarifications (20% of the role).
