Job Responsibilities :

Meeting potential donors to raise funds

Explain to the donors about Swades Foundation and its projects to raise funds.

Resolving donors queries through

Identifying prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow donor partnerships

Establish positive professional relationship with donors

Working on permissions at Mall and Cooperates (PAN India) Other skills required

Oral and written communication skills (Hindi & English)

Teamwork and collaboration

Professionalism and strong work ethic Critical thinking and problem solving

Leadership skills.

Educational Qualification : H.S.C.passed and above

Relevant Experience (No of years): 0-3 years of proven experience in face to face Fundraising.

Travel Required : 100% travel required for this position.
