Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Digital Das in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication. This target-driven job involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Please note that this role requires 50% field work.
Compensation
- CTC :15,000 Fixed (Monthly) + Uncapped Incentives
- Earning Potential : Opportunity to earn up to 1,00,000 per month
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Cold Calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in account management
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in developing and delivering sales presentations
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Experience in the digital marketing or sales domain is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
