Responsibilities
Maintain approved and customized institutional visit schedules within assigned territory, meeting with educators, administrators, and other key decision-makers to achieve defined objectives.
Demonstrate consistent and reliable communication, scheduling, and follow-up with stakeholders
Perform weekly administrative account review and preparation prior to regular visit schedule to manage educational institutional and various operational items impacting the business
Sell musical instruments, accessories, and supplies to new and existing educational institutions in assigned territories.
Reach out to prospective educational institutions in a resourceful and engaging way, leveraging phone, email and social media
Contacts and interacts directly with the new and existing educational institutes for the products offered by utilizing persuasive sales techniques
Generate sales growth within educational institutes by selling musical instruments to the stakeholders
The ability to play at least one type of musical instrument will be an added advantage
Creates prospect list and gets new accounts
Skills Requirement
Excellent communication, customer service, relationship, and problem-solving skills
Regular travel to visit educational institutions across the territory
A hunters mentality and competitive spirit
Good oral and written communication skills
2- 4 year of business-to-business sales experience
Masters or Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
