We are seeking highly motivated Business Development Executives to join our team in a commission-based sales role. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through cold calling, visiting local businesses, and promoting our range of marketing services. This is a commission-only position for the first 3 months, offering 10% commission on all sales (Potential for raise on commission). Based on performance, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with a base salary.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to local businesses to generate new leads.
- Present and promote our services: social media marketing, branding, advertising, and e-commerce solutions.
- Identify client needs and customize solutions that align with their goals.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular updates to management.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on cold calling and business outreach.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of marketing services (social media, branding, advertising, etc.) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on a commission-only basis for the first 3 months.
- Flexibility to visit local businesses in person when needed.
- Own transportation preferred for client visits.
Compensation:
- 10% commission on all sales during the first 3 months. (Potential for raise on commission)
- Opportunity to transition to a full-time role with a base salary after 3 months based on performance.

Eligibility:
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any field of Commerce, Digital Marketing knowledge is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales
