Job Description

Company Overview: CoinExchangeWorld is a leading platform specializing in buying and selling top cryptocurrencies like USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and more. Our goal is to provide a seamless and secure trading experience for our clients. We run highly-targeted digital marketing and Facebook ad campaigns to connect with prospective buyers and sellers of these cryptocurrencies.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Intern with a passion for cryptocurrency. The intern will assist in handling customer inquiries, coordinating transactions, and managing relationships with clients looking to buy or sell cryptocurrencies. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of the crypto market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Crypto Transactions: Assist in facilitating buy and sell transactions for USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other top cryptocurrencies.
  • Prospect Management: Engage with potential buyers and sellers who respond to our digital marketing and Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process, and addressing any queries or issues.
  • Sales Maximization: Help to increase the sale of USDT and other cryptocurrencies by effectively coordinating with prospects and providing excellent customer service.
  • Crypto Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the cryptocurrency market to assist clients better.
  • Report Generation: Track sales activities and generate reports to improve outreach strategies.
  • Assist in Digital Campaigns: Support digital marketing efforts by working closely with the marketing team to identify leads and follow up on prospects.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Cryptocurrency: Basic understanding of blockchain technology and top cryptocurrencies like USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Sales and Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport with potential buyers and sellers and guide them through the transaction process.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze client needs and respond to their queries promptly.
  • Proactive Approach: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Education: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
  • Location: Must be willing to work from the Mira Road office.
