As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new business opportunities for our company. You will drive the company sales by sourcing new clients from various engagements and also manage existing clients. You will be working closely with the executives, and sales and marketing team to develop strategies that will help us achieve our goals. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that we are meeting their needs and delivering value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, email marketing, and different platforms such as Linkedin, Upwork, Fiverr etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to ensure a continuous flow of business.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new areas of growth for the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company s services, industry trends, and clients needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that our offerings are meeting clients needs and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
PRIMARY SKILLS:
- Minimum 1+ years of consistent experience as BDE in IT industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Listening and Problem-Solving
- Demonstrated track record of generating new business, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
