Job Description:
Must-Have:
Must have proven experience in bidding Upwork portal. Must have ins/out knowledge of
Upwork and other freelancing portals.
Candidates must be experts on bidding, Proposals should be problem-centric, stand
out from others.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in International IT Service Sales I.e.
Mobile & Web Development.
Must be open to work in terms of timings.
Must have excellent written & verbal communication.
Candidates must be willing to work with the sales target quota as a team and individual.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for getting business through online portals like Upwork and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of preparing the business proposal, RFQ, RFI.
Must Experience with bidding sites like Upwork, Guru, Lead generator, Calling, Drafting
of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, also coordinating with the technical team.
Regular follow-up with existing as well as Potential Customers via emails and calls.
Must be able to make proposals and replies to the leads.
Identify new business opportunities and lead pools.
Lead efforts of business development in International/local Markets.
Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with the support of the
Pre-sales / BA team.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from nurturing the lead to closure to account
management.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help companies expand.Ability to manage the team and their targets; along with individual contribution to sales
quota.
