Responsibilities:
- Structure and manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs
- Lead the development and tracking of integrated business development plans
- Provide support to business development leadership by managing client interactions, identifying opportunities, and strategizing for growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations based on industry best practices
- Manage pipeline by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and opportunities
- Establish and maintain processes to manage client relationships and opportunities over the business lifecycle
- Mentor and coach team members on business development strategies and techniques
- Utilize CRM and sales tracking tools to monitor sales plans and progress
- Review business development activities for compliance with procedures and standards
- Effectively communicate relevant business information to the team as directed by the Business Development Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or related field (Required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent client management skills
- Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and planning skills
- Critical thinking and good decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time and workload effectively
