Job Description

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Both strategic and tactical action focus sales acumen
  • Build productive and trusting relationships with clients
  • Attend virtual meetings with existing clients and prospects
  • Ability to work and understand a modern workplace
  • Proven negotiation skills with proposals and contracts
  • Research customer/prospect history, business, and pain points
  • Industry association membership including event and meeting attendance
  • Individual lead generation along with company generated marketing leads
  • Account Management to identify cross sell opportunities
  • Maintain and build a pipeline of new and existing client projects
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to perform demos and develop proposals
  • Vendor conference event travel and attendance
  • Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree Required
  • Sales experience of Salesforce solutions is a plus
  • Sales experience of AWS is a plus
  • IT Consulting sales is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of the design and implementation of business applications
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Experience in strategically achieving monthly sales goals
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A positive, can do attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree Required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM applications and tools
  • Understanding of sales processes (stages and steps) and sales methodology
  • 3-5 years of field sales experience in business applications
  • Effective proposal creation and presentation
  • Comprehensive understanding of the design and implementation of business applications
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Experience in strategically achieving monthly sales goals
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong networking skills
