Job brief

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Salesperson to join our sales team! To contribute to the growth of the company and will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. They are responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing the company's overall sales strategy. They may be involved in selling products, goods, and services to customers and clients. Their job is based on setting up a strategy for finding new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users.

Responsibilities:-

Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

Proper taking follow-ups of leads

Convert potential leads into clients

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Prepare and present reports when needed

Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements/Skills:-

1-2 year of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role

Fast learner and passion for sales

Great command of MS Office, CRM tools

Critical thinker with Good negotiation skills and problem-solving skills

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills
