Responsibilities:
- Developing sales and marketing strategies to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Leading new product launches and improving existing ones.- Conceptualizing new products based on market research.
Optimizing supply chain operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of local markets and in-depth knowledge of industry trends.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and set the brand apart.
