Job Description:

Multrix is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive - Career Counselor to join our dedicated sales team. The primary responsibility will be to engage with leads of working professionals and advise them on the range of courses we offer to help enhance their careers and skills. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, previous experience in the Edu Tech industry, and a strong command of spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively reaching out to provided leads of working professionals through calls to promote and explain our range of career-enhancing courses.

- Engaging with potential customers to understand their career goals and advising them on suitable course options.

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our educational offerings.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students to guide them through their decision-making process.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of successful sales and business development, preferably in the Edu Tech industry.

- Exceptional spoken English skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

- Strong understanding of career development and skill enhancement trends in the current job market.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective customers.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping individuals achieve their career aspirations.

Package - 300000 - 450000 LPA
