Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive/ Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Executive with a proven track record in international sales to manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing international clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and expanding our market sales presence. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients to identify sales opportunities and provide excellent customer service.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth and revenue.

Promote offers to generate leads and drive sales.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging market trends.

Provide feedback to management on market insights, customer preferences, competitive activities, sales opportunities, and process improvements.

Prepare and submit daily reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the companys services.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Skills/Qualification Required:

Any Graduate.

Minimum of 2 years of international sales experience or customer service.

Proven track record of success in international sales, experience in international recruitment is a plus.

An American Accent is a must.

Must be comfortable making inbound and outbound calls to international clients.

Must have good computer skills, especially with MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Positive attitude towards learning and growth.

An attitude of taking ownership and accountability of the job/tasks/projects assigned.
