Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team at Brudite who can help us grow and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Market Research:
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through job portals, online platforms, and market research.
• Analyze industry trends to identify new markets and growth opportunities.

• Client Communication & Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Business Coordination & Negotiation:
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts; handle negotiations independently when required.

• Operational & Compliance Support:
• Ensure all client agreements and operations comply with legal and organizational standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to guarantee smooth client onboarding and project execution.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in B.Tech (any stream), BBA, BCom, or MBA.

- Prior experience in business development, market research, or client communication is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working independently in a startup environment.

- Proficient in market analysis tools, MS Office Suite, and Linkedin.
