Business Development Executive BDE

Experience -1 - 3 Year

Location -Work on side, Indore

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Prospecting:

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the IT needs and challenges of prospective clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and relevant information.

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our IT solutions to clients.

4. Sales Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our IT products and services.
  • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each client.

5. Sales Negotiation:

  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with client requirements.

6. Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate sales pipeline.
  • Track and report sales metrics and key performance indicators to management.

7. Market Research:

  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

8. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of product capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
