Business Development Executive BDE

Location -Work on side, Indore
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop a deep understanding of the IT needs and challenges of prospective clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and relevant information.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our IT solutions to clients.
4. Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our IT products and services.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each client.
5. Sales Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with client requirements.
6. Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate sales pipeline.
- Track and report sales metrics and key performance indicators to management.
7. Market Research:
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
8. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of product capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
