Job Description for Business Development Executive
Biz-Insights IT Solutions LLP is looking for resilient and energetic business development executive to contribute in the growth of the company. Your job profile would be to focus on customer acquisition, lead generation and maintaining long-term relationship with new and old clients. Also, keep a close eye on client's feedback to ensure good quality assured delivery that can meet clients expectations.
Responsibilities:
1.Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by us.
2.Procuring new clients and projects through social media or online bidding portals.
3.Research and updated on upcoming market trends in IT field.
4.Maintaining meaningful and long-term relationship with clients.
5.Drafting business proposals, cover letter and contracts to attract new projects and clients.
6.Understanding client's requirements with utmost precision for better development.
7.Reviewing client's feedback and implementing necessary changes.
8.Remaining in tune with trends in IT Sector to ensure we deliver updated and relevant work to clients.
Requirements:
1.Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
2.Must have experience with online bidding platforms- Upwork, Freelancer, Guru
3.1 to 3 years of experience in IT sector as a BDE.
4.Adequate knowledge of IT field and related jargons.
5.Degree in IT, marketing, business administration or similar field is required.
6.Great networking skills.
7.Must a team player.
8.Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
