About the job
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on property investments, purchases, and sales. You will be pivotal in helping clients make informed decisions about their transactions. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
Conducting market research and networking to identify potential properties for investment, purchase and sale.
Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Providing consultancy to clients about the recent and upcoming market trends, pros and cons of making a sale or purchase of property in recent times.
Helping and leading clients to decision-making regarding the sale or purchase.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience of 2 years as a Business Development Executive in the Market. (For Experienced)
Freshers should have good convincing and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of local markets, regulations, and industry practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
Reporting: You would be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
