Beehive is going through an exciting phase of rapid market expansion. We are looking for

vibrant self-driven executives to be part of our Business Development Team.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive for Beehive, your primary objective is to identify and evaluate potential sales leads, nurture client relationships, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and representing Beehive at industry events and conferences.

Responsibilities:

Identify profitable business opportunities through networking, online research, and

market analysis.

Conduct extensive market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor

activities, and industry trends.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve

overall sales performance.

Coordinate sales executives and lead the team to ensure timely delivery of orders and

customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders

to drive business growth.

Analyse market trends and sales data using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to

identify new business opportunities.

Allocate and manage company resources effectively to support sales and business

development efforts.

Directly oversee the growth of assigned sales territory and clients, ensuring consistent

growth and market expansion.

Represent Beehive at industry events, meetings, and conferences to promote brand

awareness and generate leads.

Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, presenting

monthly and quarterly sales reports to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles.

Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Proficiency in networking, project management, and problem-solving.

Creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies.

Ability to adapt to the company's culture and lead teams effectively.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience working in the FMCG food or bakery products industry with a deep

understanding of industry trends.

Collaborative work ethic with strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau/Power BI etc

Willingness to travel regularly for business development activities
