- Roles and Responsibilities:
Generating leads and prospecting for new clients.
Building and maintaining client relationships.
Creating and presenting proposals.
Conducting market research and analysis.
Collaborating with internal teams for event execution.
Budgeting and financial planning.
Staying updated with industry trends.
Networking and building partnerships.
Maintaining CRM systems for sales tracking and management.
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Strong business communication skills
Account management experience
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to think strategically and analytically
Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
