About the Role: Business development executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such, business development executives play an integral role in companies longevity.
Research and identify potential clients and market segments
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver high-quality presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the IT service based industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Desirable
Knowledge of Sales navigation
