We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, generating leads, and building lasting client relationships. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.- Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
