We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing Web Development and Digital Marketing Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the digital marketing or web development industry. This role is crucial in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, presenting our services to clients, and closing deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting :-
Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across various industries who require web development, SEO, PPC, social media, or other digital marketing services.
Generate new leads through cold Calling and online channels.
2. Client Relationship Management :-
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and positioning our services to provide continuous value.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or feedback and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
3. Negotiation & Closing Deals :-
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals that are mutually beneficial.
4. Sales Reporting & Management :-
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress in Excel or Google Sheet.
Required Skills and Qualifications : -
Education: Bachelor's degree or Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development or Sales, specifically within a IT Company
Sales Skills : Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and closing strategies specific to the web Development & digital marketing industry.
Excellent Communication Skills:Ability to articulate complex digital marketing concepts and solutions clearly to clients.
Negotiation & Closing Skills: Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals that satisfy client needs while aligning with company objectives.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate client needs in a fast-changing digital landscape, adapting solutions accordingly.
Candidates Traits:
Minimum 2 years of Experience from ID Industry
Excellent Communication
Sales negotiation skills
Create company intro and pitch for service or product demo
Ability to identify potential leads
