_Data Sourcing And Management _
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linked-in, Fundoodata, google search etc. and from offline networks. Our clients include Individual clients, Institutions, Hospitality, Healthcare, Offices & Multinational companies (smartphone, ecommerce, IT Products, FMCG, Pharma, automobile dealers, real estate etc.)
Maintaining records and details of clients on internal templates of company.
_Sales Meetings_
- Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client.
- Calling clients and suggest a short 10 to 15 minutes meeting to discuss what they need and how you can solve their problem.
- Having effective sales meeting in order to :
Understand the construction project ecosystem of the client.
Positioning Tropic Responses as the best choice for the client.
Generating requirement from the client.
_Sales Proposals_ - Creating and presenting the offer based on client requirement.
Co-ordinate with the principal to generate proposals.
_Sales conversion_
- Managing, monitoring, scheduling and organizing client appointments.
Negotiating win-win deals.- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.
_Client Co-ordination_- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client.
Be the interface between the client and the principal from contract to completion of project.

Pay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
