Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's products or services. Key tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, setting up meetings with potential clients, and presenting tailored solutions. BDEs collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute strategies, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. A BDE must be proactive, target-driven, and adaptable to changing business environments.
