Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the sales process from inception to execution.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, sales, or a relevant field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek and close business.
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and other business-related events.
