Job Description

Brief Objective of the Role:

As a Business Development Executive at Quest Coworks, your primary objective is to drive sales growth and revenue generation across our various business verticals. You will be responsible for researching sales leads, generating leads through business development activities, conducting client need analysis, and driving sales for office spaces and ancillary services like meeting rooms and virtual offices. Building strong client relationships and ensuring high-touch relationship management will be key to your success in this role.
  • Responsibilities:
Research and identify sales leads and prospects for Quest Coworks across different business verticals.
  • Generate leads, particularly from enterprise and corporate sectors, utilizing support provided by management.
Conduct need analysis for clients, recommending suitable products and solutions from Quest's portfolio.
  • Drive sales and revenue generation for office spaces and ancillary services by cross-selling to corporate clients.
Establish and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional relationship management to all accounts.
  • Maintain regular updates of MIS for sales, pipeline, renewals, and inquiries, providing proper reporting to top management.
  • Knowledge & Skills Required:
Good oral and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong market and customer research abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
Rational problem-solving skills, effective time management, and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Qualification: Fresh Graduates/MBA Freshers
