Business Development Executive :-
- Building customer base for Oil & Gas Upstream and Downstream companies (Domestic & International).
- The products are highly technical. During customer interaction, you have to speak to
cross-functional members from client organisation: discuss process parameters and
other technical aspects. This is a technical sales role. (Brief Training will be provided by the CEO).
KRAs
Identifying potential customers and making robust database of them
Finding the concerned decision makers, approach them over phone or e-mail and
visiting them occasionally as per need.
Finding out their requirements, past order history, problems they are facing with
existing equipment, maintenance, OEMs, target price etc.
[Building long terms relationship with them will be foremost priority]
Identify, record, and participate in tenders, other government platforms and maintaining the documentation process of the products.
Presenting product details to address their problems. Customers problems may be
technical or commercial, Quality related, or Delivery related etc.
Making visit plan, reports, MIS of the meetings pr conversations, industry coverage,
enquiries, progress, closures, repeat orders in the given formats.
Competitor analysis and market research.
Bringing Enquiry and convert them into order through techno-commercial
discussion, product presentation, and negotiation.
Ensure submission of technical details, status reports to clients at various stages of
delivery. Act as a single point of contact between client and operation team.
Creating weekly strategies and targeting areas of dynamic approach with respect to the zones.
Having excellent communication skills - Language preferred Hindi and English.

Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
