Business Development Executive (BDE)

Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales and cold calling.
Manage existing client relationships to increase revenue and retention rates.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in B2C sales, inside sales, upselling, telesales, cold calling, business development, BPO sales, and outbound sales.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
