Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
*Business Development Executive to join our student services team in the education sector. The BDE will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to students, assisting them in achieving their academic and personal goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of educational pathways, and the ability to foster positive relationships with students and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their academic strengths, weaknesses, interests, and goals.
- Provide personalized guidance to students on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways.
- Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their aspirations and future career opportunities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student academic concerns and provide appropriate interventions.
- Help students navigate academic challenges, study strategies, time management, and effective learning techniques.
- Stay updated with educational programs, curriculum changes, and university admissions requirements to provide accurate information to students.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations on study skills, time management, and other relevant topics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and academic progress.
- Utilize technology tools and educational resources to enhance counseling services and student engagement.
- Monitor and track student academic performance, attendance, and behavior, providing timely interventions as needed
- Collaborate with the career counseling team to guide students in exploring potential career paths and higher education options.
Qualifications:
An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in any related field may be preferred
0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
Ability work long hours during peak recruiting seasons
Passion for education and a deep understanding of the admissions process
A positive and enthusiastic personality with a knack for building rapport with students
