- Position Overview: The Sales and Support Associate will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer support for our GPS products.
Sales Activities:- Promote and sell Skynav's GPS products to potential customers.
Identify and target new sales opportunities through various channels.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our GPS products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to GPS products.- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Skynav's product offerings to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Proven experience in sales and customer support, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about new products.
