Job Description

We work as corporate landlords, where we own the space we lease, at the best of rentals and interiors as per the requirements and specifications of the client. Investments and property portfolio management is our strength.
  • Responsibilities:
Researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities in the Real Estate Industry.
  • Contacting prospective clients via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to introduce our services and solutions.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Preparing and presenting sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the management team.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Strong passion for sales, business development, and the real estate industry.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Prior work experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,
  • 00 - 35,000.00 per month
