Role & responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, referrals, and online research.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase how the company's offerings can meet the specific needs of clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to target specific markets, industries, or regions, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
- Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets on a regular basis.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure successful deal closures.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Provide regular reports to sales management.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients about their experiences with the company& products or services and communicate it to relevant departments for improvement.
