Job Title: Business Development Executive (Structural Steel Detailing Firm)

Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our structural steel detailing firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in structural steel detailing services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the firm's client base and market presence within the structural steel detailing sector.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including architects, engineers, contractors, and developers, to generate new business opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for business expansion.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the firm's capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure new projects and partnerships, ensuring terms align with the firm's objectives and profitability targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance the firm's competitive advantage.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and design professionals, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.

  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the structural steel detailing market.

    Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the construction industry, with a focus on structural steel detailing services.

  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, construction processes, and industry standards.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable business plans to drive growth.

  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business development tools.

    Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

    Pay: 12,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
