- Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive with a focus on digital marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving the company's growth in the digital marketing space. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Lead Generation & Sales:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels including market research, networking, and outreach. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand our client base.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their digital marketing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.Proposal Development & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our digital marketing capabilities and demonstrate value to potential clients.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Provide actionable insights to refine business development strategies and enhance service offerings.
Partnerships & Networking:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build connections and promote our services. Develop strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.Negotiation & Contract Management:
Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements. Ensure terms are favorable and align with company policies and objectives.Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, sales performance, and key metrics. Analyze data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales, specifically within the digital marketing industry. Experience with digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive business growth.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies. Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing or sales are a plus.Attributes: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
