- Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Expert to join our team. This role specifically focuses on re-engaging and converting dead leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of reigniting interest in potential customers and turning them into valuable clients.
Review and analyze dead leads to identify potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to re-engage and nurture dead leads.
Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and other communication methods to reconnect with potential customers.- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific pain points.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of lead generation and nurturing processes.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably focusing on re-engaging dead leads.- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify patterns to create effective re-engagement strategies.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
