Responsibilities:- Acquire and manage new clients through effective lead generation and networking.

Stay updated on the latest IT products, services, and market developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide timely solutions.- Prepare and present sales reports to analyze performance and contribute to strategy development.
Foster positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work on-site in Noida and engage in client meetings as required.
Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record.
Technical acumen to understand and communicate complex IT solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive approach to business development.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for lead generation.- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT is preferred, However this is not selection criteria.
