Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and manage new clients through effective lead generation and networking.
Promote the company's services to potential customers using persuasive communication skills.
  • Provide technical solutions tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless implementation of technical solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain and manage client relationships effectively.
Stay updated on the latest IT products, services, and market developments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to analyze performance and contribute to strategy development.
Foster positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work on-site in Noida and engage in client meetings as required.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record.
Technical acumen to understand and communicate complex IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive approach to business development.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for lead generation.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT is preferred, However this is not selection criteria.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From 15,
  • 00 per month
