Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development:
Identify and approach uPVC Door & Window fabricators to expand Concord Ecobuild's customer base and increase sales.
Represent Concord Ecobuild at trade expos, sales events, and industry gatherings to showcase our products and services.
Organize conferences and sales events for architects, interior designers, and builders to generate leads and create business opportunities.
Develop sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Assist in processing sales orders and following up on payments.
Customer Service:
Connect with fabricators and customers to gather feedback and suggestions on our products and services.
Coordinate with the operations team to address customer feedback and improve service quality.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain a database of potential customers and track sales pipeline progress. Prepare customer visit summary reports for internal analysis and improvement. Document feedback and suggestions received from fabricators and customers for product development purposes.
Monitor market trends and provide research and development reports to contribute to product innovation.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales and business development within the uPVC Door & Window industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to strategies and identify new business opportunities. Understanding of retail and project-based sales processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
