Responsibilities:
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, delivering exceptional service while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Identify potential clients, schedule appointments, conduct qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to secure new business across various service categories.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively address client objections.
- Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation for executive-level presentations.
- Meet sales goals by assessing client needs and following a structured sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards are consistently maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is a plus.
