Job Description

Job Role : Business Development Executive

  • Experience : 1+ Years

  • About the job:

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with a growth strategy focussed both on financial gain and client satisfaction.

Build collaborative relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC, luxury real estate builders.

  • Duties and responsibilities :


Liaison with Architects/ PMC/ Designers/Contractors including government and other institutions.

Organize meetings and ensure that they visit the store

Maintain active database of the architects and other institutions and ensure they are updated about new collection and also existing product range

Ensure proper sampling, launching of new products & display at Architect/ Designers/ Institutional Offices

Generate timely MIS on the business development done and give projected sales through the leads generated.

Develop a loyal base of Architects/ Designers/ PMCs/ Institutions so that new leads are generated

Identify new channels for sales and achieve monthly individual target

Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and identify all their needs.

  • Candidate should be good at the below:

Developing growth strategies and plans

Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

Increasing client base

Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

Writing business proposals

Negotiating with stakeholdersIdentifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

Following industry trends locally and internationally

Drafting and reviewing contracts

Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
Experience working to and exceeding targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,
  • 00 - 25,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Performance bonus
