The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the staffing industry. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver staffing solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing solutions through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Sales and Business Development:

- Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Qualifications:
