Job Description

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Salary: 22,000-25,000 per month(depending on the candidature)

Location: Saket, Delhi

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, warm calling, and networking

2. Pitch marketing solutions (PR, events, MICE, digital marketing and influencer marketing) to potential clients

3. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

4. Create and deliver proposals and presentations

5. Close deals and manage the sales process

6. Track and report on sales performance

7. Meeting with potential clients and partners by visiting the market physically

8 . Manage and oversee the existing Business Development Team and be a team leader to them.

The Candidate must have:

1. The negotiation skills

2. He/She needs to be prompt with the client handling.

3. Good Excel and Powerpoint Skills.

4. Good communication to deal with clients and other stakeholders

5. Must be Creative and passionate about marketing by heart and mind.

6. Atleast One year of Agency exposure

7. Bacherlor's Degree

Other Details:

Working Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays
