Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT Sales
Location: Sector 62, Noida
Experience: 6 months - 2 years(Prior Experience in software company is a must) Immediate Joiner preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Strategize and execute lead generation initiatives to identify potential clients within the software development industry. Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound techniques, leveraging platforms and industry networks. Utilize the generated leads by sharing and working together with the team or BDM. Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their software needs, and effectively presenting IT solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to showcase the value proposition. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure. Use CRM tools proficiently to track and prioritize leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Sales Tools Utilization: Demonstrate proficiency in using various sales tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. Leverage technology for efficient lead tracking, communication, and data-driven decision-making. Should have hands on tolls like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, etc Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by aligning client needs with the software development solutions offered. Continuously monitor and analyze the sales pipeline, adjusting strategies to ensure goal attainment. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within software development. Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly. Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive and tailored proposals for clients. Ensure proposals align with client requirements and showcase the capabilities of the software solutions. Negotiation and Contract Closure: Lead negotiation efforts, ensuring favorable contract terms for both clients and the company. Facilitate smooth contract closure and transition to the delivery and implementation teams. Client Retention: Foster ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the product and delivery teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 6 months 2 years of experience in business development and IT sales, specifically within a software development company. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. In-depth understanding of software development solutions and industry dynamics. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with various sales tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Quick learner with adaptability to changing industry trends
