Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales within the architecture, construction, or related industry.
Strong understanding of architectural consulting services and project lifecycle.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with a strong customer focus.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
