Job Description

1. To generate enquiries, through Filed visit & Marketing activities, in identified Target segment and convert them into a Sale

2. To achieve and Increase Electrical Panels/System control Products Sales Targets/COLLECTION target weekly/Monthly.

3. To be a team player to support and coordinate with production(factory) to uphold Arostar company Values and deliver a delightful Customer satisfaction.

4.To increase the customer base and penetrate in to market potential and achieve market growth inidentified SEGMENTS

5. To Sell to the customer effectively using the defined Sales Process, and convince customer to buy Arostar Electrical engineering PRODUCTS.

6. To poses good communication skill, profound Electrical Product Knowledge, company/market/Competitors

7. To follow AROSTAR sales process, Enquiry generation, Selling process /persuasion skills; Territory management.

8. To perform Sales & marketing promotional Activities E mail, E Brochure, Industry meet, Campaign, Architect/ PMC/ /Electrical contractors/Builders and generate lead/enquiries.

9. All Behavioral Competency Courtesy, politeness, friendliness, trust, empathy with customer, colleague and peers.

10. Willingness to travel and flair to meet challenges to have strong minded approach to achieve monthly quarterly/yearly target.

Both Fresher and Experienced are welcome
