Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Archivista Engineering Projects Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive growth and expand the company's project portfolio in Pune.

Qualifications

• New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business Communication skills
• Account Management expertise
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
