Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele and grow the business. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the company's growth by creating and implementing effective strategies to drive sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT sector.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services, leveraging your experience in product sales to tailor your approach.
Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our IT products/services to clients and prospects, incorporating digital marketing/SEO insights to enhance message delivery and engagement.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, including trends in digital marketing and SEO that can impact sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and initiatives, particularly those involving digital marketing and SEO to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to promote our products/services and gather market intelligence, with an eye towards digital marketing trends and opportunities.
